He has extensive experience in (strategic) consultancy and also as an operational manager in the supply chain within industry and trading companies.

With over 15 years' experience in SCM and (contract) logistics, I excel as a project and team leader in optimizing operations with a pragmatic, helicopter-view approach.

My expertise spans international road and air-freight transport, port-to-port logistics, and project management.

I've led teams but always position myself in the middle of them. Teamwork makes Marcel work (best). I'm known for my hands-on style, delivering tangible results while being realistic. 

Put me in front of a group, and I'll get things started. I'm a straightforward professional and hard worker, always aiming to deliver a tad more than expected.

Rene Helsloot

Rene is an operations man by heart. Trained as a chemical process engineer with years of experience in a variety of roles as manager operations, manager business process management and program manager. His working experience lies within IT, Utilities and sustainability and he worked in corporate, sme as well as governmental environments. 

“From chaos to structure and order” that is where his strengths lie. With manageable steps, hands on and pragmatic Rene creates structure, implements operational processes or improves your running operations. In short continuous improvement, that is when he is at his best. 

Rene is a motivated and persistent team player, analytical and result focused. With humor and attention to details he achieves sustainable change and results. 

Rene is well experienced in a variety of methods such as Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, (scaled) Agile, design thinking and customer journey management.

Jeroen is a driven, energetic and analytical personality who will do the utmost to ensure the right result. Quick in getting to the core, effective in defining actions and measures to set course to achieve the desired result, while maintaining an eye for people and the organizational context.
