Ellen has more than 25 years of experience in various business, sales and account management roles. As a person she is involved, spontaneous, driven and customer-oriented.
Because of her extensive network of clients and contractors in the logistics sector, WeY is quickly and well able to meet the challenges of this industry in the field of Customer implementations, Customer relocations, Tendersupport, Customer Service Management, Facility Management, Operational Management, Process improvements, WMS and TMS implementations, Mechanization and Robotisation issues in warehouse environments.
Francien has gained extensive experience in the employment industry in various management, sales and new business roles. As regional director, she was overall responsible for sales and customer relations and for cross border staffing for Tempo-Team and Randstad, in addition to the existing business.
As a person she is goal-oriented, pragmatic, empathetic and connecting. Knowledge of optimization of business processes, lean, pool management and gain sharing. Over the years she has built up an extensive network in utilities, logistics, (med tech) industry and food/ retail. Francien works on challenges in the areas of Supply Chain, Operational Management, Process Improvement and other strategic projects.
