WeY Next - Fanbased Event
An inspiring session was hosted by former international horseman Jules van Dal and former Olympic field hockey player Tim Jenniskens. Both working at Fanbased – Unlocking human potential.
Where our 2022 edition was all about authentic leadership, our WeY Next event this year was themed with “Winning Teams”. We were proud to have the 2023 event at our brand new loft at Strijp-S in Eindhoven.
Our participants had an amazing culinary trait by our own Subham Sahoo – a big shout out and thank you to Subham for the wonderful food.
Through a variety of catchy statements from the professional careers of Tim (as a former Olympic player) and Jules (as a former International Horse Rider), they combined elements like trust and involvement from Lencioni’s pyramid in clear examples. They showed us the importance of these elements in order to build or become a succesful team. Again a thank you towards Fanbased, for their presence and contribution to our WeY Next event, as well as towards our participants!
It was a great atmosphere and openness created by trusting each other.
The next WeY Next event will take place in Q1 of 2024. We will keep you posted!
